Curasol Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Curasol processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively within the 50 United States.
We do not currently ship to:
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO / FPO / military addresses
- P.O. Boxes (in some cases — please use a physical address)
- International destinations
Orders placed with addresses outside the 50 U.S. states will be canceled and refunded.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
During flash sales, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and our fulfillment warehouse.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Warehouse Fulfillment
To get orders to our customers as fast as possible, we work with a network of fulfillment warehouses across the United States and some outside of the United States. We do our best to ship your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
However, please note: during periods of high demand, inventory shortages, or restocking, your order may be fulfilled from a different warehouse than the one closest to you, sometimes this warehouse may be international. This can occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times than usual.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address. Promotional free shipping offers may apply depending on the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update with the carrier.
Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement past the estimated delivery window, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us. If your package still has not arrived after that, email soporte@shopcurasol.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mail area
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early
Curasol is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages may be subject to additional shipping fees to resend, or may be canceled with a refund less the original shipping cost and a $20 processing fee.
Address change requests can be made by emailing soporte@shopcurasol.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at soporte@shopcurasol.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping package if damaged in transit
Holidays and Carrier Delays
During major U.S. holidays and shopping events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday), carriers experience significantly higher volume and delays are common. Please order in advance.
