Curasol Refund Policy

We want every Curasol customer to feel confident about their purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Important Information

  • 90 days to initiate a return from the date of delivery
  • 7–14 business days to process approved refunds
  • $20 processing fee deducted from each approved refund
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Unopened, sealed products only — opened supplements cannot be returned

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, with the original factory seal intact
  • The product is in its original packaging, undamaged
  • You have your order number and proof of purchase
  • Your request is submitted in writing to soporte@shopcurasol.com within 90 days of delivery

Opened bags cannot be returned under any circumstances. Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Only the first order is eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. Repeat purchases and subscription shipments beyond the first are not eligible for return except in cases of damage or defect.

Promotional bundles may only be returned in full — partial bundle returns are not accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • Email soporte@shopcurasol.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will reply with the return address and instructions.
  • Securely pack your items and ship using a trackable delivery service.
  • Share your tracking number with our team so we can confirm receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Amount

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less a $20 per-order processing fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Send an email to soporte@shopcurasol.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel — but you may return it under the standard 90-day return policy once it arrives.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at soporte@shopcurasol.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • Photos of the shipping package if damaged in transit

We will replace the affected items at no cost to you. Damaged or defective claims made after 7 days may be denied at our discretion.

Delayed Orders

If your tracking shows no movement past the expected delivery window, please allow 2 additional business days before reaching out. If your package still has not arrived after that, contact soporte@shopcurasol.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not our responsibility.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not collected from the post office and is returned to our warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct a $20 processing fee from any refund issued.

Subscriptions

Subscription customers may cancel anytime through their account's self-service portal or by emailing soporte@shopcurasol.com. Cancellation must be received before your next billing date.

Only the first subscription shipment is eligible for the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Subsequent shipments are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, eBay, resellers)
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
  • Subscription shipments beyond the first
  • Orders outside the 90-day return window
  • Orders without proof of purchase

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds to customers who, in our sole discretion, abuse this policy.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact soporte@shopcurasol.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, delivered order without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases, dispute filing, and possible referral to collections.
